Purchasing products on the Passione Bags website is fast and easy.

Browse our online catalogue and select your preferred products, then click on the “add to basket” icon that you will find on all our product charts. If you already have an existing account with us for our on-line shop, you will be immediately referred to the payment page. From there we will guide you through our purchasing procedure.

If you are not registered with us yet, you will be asked for some basic information necessary to create your account. You can then complete your purchase following our guided procedure.

In order to guarantee a rapid delivery of your order, Passione Bags are working with the best express couriers. All orders are processed between 9am and 5pm GMT, from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Delivery in Italy is expected to take place within 24/48 hours after shipment (not including weekends and holidays).

In all countries of the European Union delivery will be made in 2-4 working days.

For the rest of the world, delivery will be made in 4-5 working days (not including possible delays due to customs clearance). After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number from us. You can then trace the shipment directly on the courier’s site.

Passione Bags will not be responsible, for any reason, for damage that cannot be attributed to their own responsibility.

For all deliveries made by the courier it is legally binding that the delivery must be inspected for damage to the outer packaging at its destination. Should any signs of damage be detected, the courier must be informed immediately and before he leaves the premises. The relevant shipment papers should therefore be signed only under protest.

Exchanges and Returns

Have you changed your mind? Does the product have any defects?

You can return your purchased products within 14 days after their receipt. They will be exchanged free of charge in European Union, without any additional charges including transport. Or you can ask for an exchange for a different product available on our website.
